The reason that the duplicator is slow is that you have copied files onto the internal hard drive and it has now become full. You need to erase them, there should be nothing on the internal hard drive as you do not use it this way.

Much like the way we used to run out of space on our desktops, pre-terrabyte days, and would buy a new internal or external drive in order to have a place to hold onto all our old files and still have space for new files without having to buy a new PC.

You need to delete or copy the contents of the duplicators hard drive to a <a href=http://www.columbusinksupply.co.uk/>CD or DVD </a>if you want to keep it, or erase it permanently, so that memory is freed

If you scroll through the menu you will find options for doing this, once you have erased the contents of the hard drive you will find the duplicator will work much much faster, and making the CDS will be a lot lot quicker.
